Brian Finch

Brian Finch joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2006, as counsel in the Government Law & Strategy Group and head of the firm's Homeland Security Practice. Mr. Finch focuses his practice on homeland security, Federal regulatory matters, and government affairs. Mr. Finch received his B.S. from Cornell University in 1996, his M.A. in 1999 from The George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs, and his J.D. from The George Washington
University School of Law in 1999.

Prof. Bengt Sundelius

Prof. Bengt Sundelius is Head of the Department of Security and Strategy of the Swedish National Defence College and Professor of Government, Uppsala University. He was 2004-08 the Chief Scientist at the Swedish Emergency Management Agency. He continues to to serve as Swedish Agreement Director for the Science & Technology Agreement between the Government of Sweden and the Department of Homeland Security that he was instrumental in completing in April 2007. He has served on the EU Commission based European Security Research Advisory Board (ESRAB) and now serves as an expert on the European Security Research and Innovation Forum (ESRIF) that will formulate the 8th EU program agenda for European security research. He has published eighteen books and numerous articles on European security and foreign policy issues.
