As you are aware, the conference programme is a draft version, which will in all likelihood undergo changes right up until the conference starts. This is the first update since the programme was published here on the website. Programme theme number 4 has been changed to better reflect the challenges of the overall topic of this theme, namely command, control and interoperability. The Maritime Domain Awareness theme is open for topics about the development of interoperable communications, standards and protocols for decision makers and emergency responders, cyber-security tools for protecting the integrity of the Internet, and automated capabilities to recognize, identify and analyze potential threats.
