The Euro-Atlantic Stakeholders Conference 09 is arranged within the framework of the research and development agreement between Sweden and the USA. For the purpose of the agreement, a collaboration group with representatives from a number of Swedish authorities and the Department of Homeland Security was formed in 2007. This group is led by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB).
